    RENTER BEWARE! RODENTS! Management goes in your apartment for "repairs" with no notice whatsoever! Hallways always smell like wet dog and gets cleaned once a month. I moved in April asked for closet doors as there were no doors on entrance closet management replied "You rented the apartment as-is". Mice in the plumbing of the building that get into the apartments! Balcony is rotted wood with holes you can see through to the floor below and there were no bolts securing it on the wall on either side as they ripped out over the past 20 years of usage which is a huge safety concern especially on the 2nd floor or higher! I made a complaint so they put 1 screw in the balcony they screwed into the plastic PVC window frame? WOW GOOD JOB THAT SHOULD HOLD A WHOLE 2 POUNDS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
